Digital Product Purchase:

• All products sold on CloudStudiosAtelier are digital Canva templates.
• No physical items will be shipped.
• You will receive a download link or Canva access after completing your purchase.

Payment:

• All prices are listed in [currency, e.g., USD] and processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other trusted gateways.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We do not store or have access to your complete payment details.

Delivery:

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:
• A download link or
• A PDF with a clickable link to access your Canva template
• If you don’t receive your template within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at cstudiosstore@gmail.com.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and access is granted.

However, if you experience any issue accessing or using your template, please contact us—we’re happy to help.
