Digital Product Policy:

All items sold in our store are non-tangible, digital goods delivered via email or direct link immediately after purchase.

Once the template or PDF download has been accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

No Refunds:

Because of the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be given due to:
• Change of mind
• Accidental purchase
• Incompatibility with your software or device
• Lack of knowledge using Canva (although we’re happy to help you!)

Customer Support Promise:

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you're having trouble accessing or editing your template, we’ll do our best to assist you.

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• A screenshot if possible

We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.

Unauthorized Use:

Reselling, sharing, or distributing our templates without permission is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action. We reserve the right to refuse support if a product has been misused or pirated.
